efficiency is up to 95%, with outstanding advantages such as environmental
friendliness, safety and reliability, easy operation and maintenance, which are
considered as the most promising new generation technology in the 21st century.
Under the increasingly urgent energy and environmental pressure, fuel cells
will gradually replace traditional energy and be widely used in portable standby
power, distributed power stations, automobile power, aerospace and other
fields.
As a key part of the battery stack, the graphite
bipolar plate should not only carry out the conduction function of a single
battery, but also separate the oxidant and reducing agent. At the same time,
appropriate flow channel on the plate is also needed to evenly disperse the
reaction object. In addition, the plate also needs good thermal conductivity,
heat dissipation and the strength required by the supporting film electrode.
In order to cooperate with the research and development
of domestic and foreign fuel cell research units, colleges and universities,
our company began to develop and produce graphite plate for fuel cell in 1998.
After 20 years of experience accumulation and precipitation, the production of
graphite double plate fully meet the special demand in hydrogen fuel cells, has
the good conductive heat conduction performance, corrosion resistance is
strong, stable and durable resistance performance, thin thickness, good
machinability and certain mechanical strength of the double plate to ensure the
encapsulation and mechanical vibration requirements, etc. It has provided more
than one million pieces of graphite bipolar plate for more than 80 colleges and
universities, scientific research institutes, power reactor manufacturers and
