We have a product research and development team led by senior PhDs and Masters in the industry, covering majors such as materials, polymers, fluid mechanics, structural simulation, and product design. Provide comprehensive solutions for insulation, system hydrothermal management, fluid convergence, distribution, and NVH of hydrogen fuel cell stacks. In 2018, the first domestic high-power stack aluminum plastic integrated composite end plate and humidifier were developed; The first integrated humidifier in China will be mass-produced in 2021; From 2022 to 2023, we will successively mass produce highly integrated humidifiers that are compatible with 150KW-240KW systems; In 2024, the company relocated to a new factory area with better scientific research conditions and mass production equipment. The company established and implemented a comprehensive, all staff, and full process IATF16949:2016 quality system, and Tongyou Laboratory passed the national CNAS certification; The Tongyou scientific research team continues to research material formulas and manufacturing processes, striving to do a good job in technological iteration and forward-looking research, developing materials and products suitable for different scenarios, and advancing together with the hydrogen energy industry.
